At Zeedogify, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy:

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged.

Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to process any return requests.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@zeedogify.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once we approve your return, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.
  3. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 to ensure a safe return.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns. These may include:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
